The Opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated Casual Process Workers to join our salad processing facility in Bibra Lakes. You will be responsible for working on the production lines and working effectively and efficiently towards strict food quality standards.

Our factory operates 6 days a week Monday to Saturday during non-peak and 7 days during our peak period.

Shifts Available

(please note as a casual you can be offered shifts outside of the time below based on your availability)

• Shift 1 – 2am Start
• Shift 2 – 5am start
• Shift 3 – 7.30am start
• Shift 6 – 9.00 – 10.30am start (Start time varies daily)

Rates

(penalties payable if applicable to shift offered)

Casual hourly rate inclusive of loading: $30.46 per hour

Penalties

• Early morning 6.00am and 8.00am at 15% loading
• Night Shift: 12am – 5.00am at 32.5% loading
• Afternoon: 6pm and 12am at 17.5% Loading
• Saturday: Time and half
• Sunday: Double time
• Public Holidays: double time and a half

Key Responsibilities

• Operation of machinery and equipment on the food processing lines
• Achieving output and line speed targets within set timeframes
• Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Ensuring food safety standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About You

• Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 10-15kg
• Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees). We provide PPE to keep you warm!
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP, would be good but we will train you
• Flexibility to work over-time hours as and when required
