About the Role
Pioneer Water Tanks is on the lookout for a motivated Process Worker to join our water tank manufacturing team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, keeping inventory accurate, and supporting the team to meet production targets. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and monitoring machinery to keep production flowing.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and preparing orders for delivery.
- Keeping your workstation and the production floor clean and safe.
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
- Packing and repacking items to meet quality standards.
- Recording production data and reporting any quality concerns promptly.
- Working collaboratively to meet deadlines and uphold safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- A current driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and think on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- A team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.
- Alignment with Pioneer Water Tanks’ values and culture.
