Process Worker

We are currently offering Full Time positions for Food Process Workers to join our team. The available shifts are in the morning 5:00am to 1:00pm and afternoon 1:00pm to 9:00pm , Monday through Friday.

About the Role

Located at our state-of-the-art facility in Jandakot, Western Australia our Process Workers play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of Hellers Australia products.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of the production schedule
• Quality checks/weight checks
• Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and appropriate manual handling techniques
• Operating machinery
• Follow Quality and Food Safety Systems
• Follow OH&S and environmental systems

Qualifications

• Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Food handling experience or processing experience is an advantage
• Quality control experience is highly desired
• Positive cultural fit for our business
• Reliable with a flexible approach to working hours
• Be willing to undertake “on the job” training as required
• Absolute commitment to the highest safety and quality standards in the workplace
• Ability to perform physical and repetitive work
• Reliable Transport
