Available Roles Process Workers – Food Manufacturing
  • Processing and packaging of raw and cooked food products
  • Production line work in a cool-room environment
  • Repetitive, fast-paced tasks with a focus on hygiene and quality
  • Handling, weighing, and packing food products
  • Following GMP and food safety procedures
    • Machine Operators – Food Industry
  • Operating and monitoring machinery for raw and cooked food production
  • Machine set-up, adjustments, and fault reporting
  • Ensuring efficient, safe production runs
  • Maintaining quality and food safety standards
  • Completing basic production documentation
    • Quality Control (QC)
  • Conducting quality checks on raw and cooked food products
  • Monitoring GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance
  • Identifying and reporting non-conformances
  • Checking weights, labelling, and product presentation
  • Supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Shift Availability Shifts vary by department and generally commence from 4:00am onwards:
  • Morning: 4:00am – 12:00pm or 6:00am – 2:30pm
  • Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Night: 10:00pm – 6:00am
    • Availability Monday to Friday is required, with occasional weekend work.
    What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in food manufacturing or production environments preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable working with raw and cooked food products
  • Comfortable working in cool-room environments
  • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence required
  • Immediate availability highly regarded
