Robert Half's client in Concord, CA is in need of onsite testing proctors for a temporary assignment.
Testing Proctor Duties and Skills Include:
+ Read and clearly explain test questions to students as needed
+ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear command of the English language
+ Comfortable remaining seated for extended periods in either quiet or active environments
+ Flexible availability for variable shift lengths, as some days may be shorter
+ Proficient with technology, including Chromebooks, email, and Windows operating systems
+ Capable of making independent assessments and determinations based on testing parameters and results
+ Able to work resourcefully and independently, with minimal onsite support, resolving any issues that arise
