About the Role

The Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) Ops Manager will oversee end‑to‑end PTP service delivery across one or more client portfolios. You will lead operational strategy, drive service excellence, ensure SLA achievement, and build strong client relationships in partnership with leadership teams.

This role is ideal for an experienced PTP leader who can balance operational delivery, people management, process improvement, and risk mitigation while working in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall delivery of Procure‑to‑Pay operations, ensuring services meet client expectations, SLAs, and performance targets.
  • Support sales cycles and solution delivery by showcasing Accenture’s full capabilities and partnering with Client Account Leadership.
