We are hiring a Procurement & Admin Coordinator to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and general administrative tasks to support our atelier and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
-Source and manage suppliers for materials, equipment, and services
-Request and compare quotations, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries
-Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
-Assist in filing, scheduling, and internal coordination such as document control
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery
Requirements:
-Experience in procurement or administrative roles
-Strong organizational, follow-up, and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools
-Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
