Job Description

  • Responsible for the end-to-end Purchase Order fulfilment
  • To raise Purchase Requisition, follow-up on contracts and verification, perform receiving, check invoices and supporting documents
  • Collaborate and work with various stakeholders on Purchase Orders, monthly/quarterly closing and account for the expenses
  • Be the focal point to support the team on the day-to-day operational matters/issues related to the work responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to the company's policies and procedures
  • Detailed and accuracy in tracking, reporting and data entry
  • Handle and execute new processes/projects as per required or assigned, including performing ad-hoc tasks
  • Maintain up-to-date records, filing and other administrative duties
