Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries
- Maintain procurement records, pricing, and supplier documentation
- Support vendor coordination and basic negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Administrative Support
- Assist with general office administration and coordination
- Manage office supplies and administrative documentation
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support internal departments with administrative requests
- Assist in preparing basic reports and records
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
