Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries
  • Maintain procurement records, pricing, and supplier documentation
  • Support vendor coordination and basic negotiations
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office administration and coordination
  • Manage office supplies and administrative documentation
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support internal departments with administrative requests
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and records

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
