Main

  • Maintain product document folder
  • WD Ordering
  • Update costing / selling price in Alaya
  • Support on AFP Weekly Report (weekend bi-weekly)
  • Shipment (cargo clearance, update 3rd party)
  • Update for OOS/drop off items report
  • Issue PO with Approval
  • Backup procurement tasks and event activity
  • AFP Receiving
  • Local ordering - inventory & non inventory products
  • Update relative stakeholders, eg  ,: Havi SOH , new sku , eta
  • Any others ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Food Service / FMCG sector
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Experience in Excel
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, 5 days' work week
