Position Summary

The Customer Service Associate – Procurement Support provides structured customer service discipline to client’s procurement workflow. This role supports the Perth operations team by preparing and maintaining accurate purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring strict adherence to client’s documented processes. The position involves regular communication with suppliers but does not include direct customer interaction. Strong written and spoken English is essential to ensure clear, professional, and accurate communication at all times.

Job Details

Work Setup: Work-from-home (willing to travel to Pampanga, Makati, and Quezon City during client visits)

Schedule: Monday to Friday I 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Manila time) - with some flexibility

Holidays: Philippine Holidays (final list to be reviewed by client)
