Procurement Analyst – CBRE Asia Pacific

Job Summary
In this role you will report to the Procurement Engine Room Leader of APAC Procurement as a Service team as a Procurement Analyst/Buyer. You will be responsible for executing e‑sourcing events, contract management, supplier compliance, supplier performance and other reporting tasks for the company, working on a Shared Service Centre environment across APAC, EMEA & AMERICAS regions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with Business Operations to ensure completeness of Scope of Work/Bill of Quantities for RFx activities
• Implement standardized procurement systems and controls including RFx documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria
• Organize and implement national/regional e‑sourcing activities for various CBRE accounts
