About the role

As a Procurement and Compliance Coordinator at PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC., you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s purchasing and procurement processes adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards. This full-time position is based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and will involve collaborating closely with the wider operations team to streamline purchasing workflows and maintain robust compliance practices.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to purchase order processing and invoice reconciliation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and coordinate the timely fulfilment of orders
