Position Overview

The Procurement and Design Head is responsible for overseeing design coordination, material sourcing, cost documentation, supplier management, and payment processing for the company’s development and construction projects. The role ensures that design intent, material specifications, procurement activities, and financial disbursements are properly aligned with approved budgets, project timelines, and regulatory requirements.

This position holds direct responsibility for Bills of Materials preparation, supplier coordination, inventory tracking, price monitoring, budget requests, and payment to suppliers , serving as a critical control point between design, procurement, finance, and project execution.
