Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Planning & Inventory Management: Formulate and execute procurement plans based on production schedules; dynamically manage inventory to balance supply security with inventory level control.
End-to-End Delivery Execution: Independently manage the full process from purchase order (PO) to arrival; drive international transportation and Mexico customs clearance; resolve delivery anomalies promptly to ensure on-time warehousing.
Supplier Management & Development: Monitor existing suppliers' delivery and quality performance and conduct periodic audits; perform local sourcing, as well as identify and evaluate potential new suppliers.
Cost Control & Support: Assist in cost analysis and collect local market intelligence to support negotiations; indirectly reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) by optimizing processes and resolving supply issues.
