Procurement Assistant Buyer_AP D&S

Responsibilities

• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, from initial qualification and onboarding to daily performance oversight, ensuring all suppliers meet company standards.
• Execute the supplier selection process for projects, utilizing competitive bidding and negotiation to secure optimal value and terms.
• Develop and maintain procurement cost baselines through market analysis to support accurate budgeting and strong financial decision-making.
• Proactively coordinate supplier resources for key projects and act as the main point of contact to resolve any delivery or performance issues swiftly.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic, long-term supplier relationships to ensure a reliable, high-performing, and ethical supply chain.

Job Requirements
