Job Description
Overview
- Perform daily procurement operations including processing the purchase requisition, purchase order issuance and other relevant documents.
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and negotiating with the suppliers for the required good or item.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth supplying of items.
- Liaise with internal teams to understand and fulfill material requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Support data entry and procurement reporting as required.
- Support Head of Department in performing daily procurement operations on project basis.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management/Marketing or equivalent.
