Overview

  • Control and monitoring of all purchase items for new project to ensure targeted period achieved.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing quotations & negotiate with suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly Purchasing progress reports by providing root cause analysis and actions plan.
  • Control yearly cost down activities with suppliers.
  • Monitor Suppliers Management and required documentations such as NDA, Purchase Agreement & AVL.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure procurement practices are complied with relevant guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out efficiently, cost effective and transparent.
