Overview
- Control and monitoring of all purchase items for new project to ensure targeted period achieved.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing quotations & negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare monthly Purchasing progress reports by providing root cause analysis and actions plan.
- Control yearly cost down activities with suppliers.
- Monitor Suppliers Management and required documentations such as NDA, Purchase Agreement & AVL.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Review, develop and execute procurement procedures; ensure procurement practices are complied with relevant guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure procurement practices had been carried out efficiently, cost effective and transparent.
