Responsibilities
- Sourcing Suppliers: Researches and identifies potential suppliers, obtains quotes
- Vendor Communication: Communicates with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any issues
- Administrative Support: Provides administrative support to the procurement team, such as scheduling meetings and assisting with correspondence
- Inventory Control: Monitors and updates inventory levels in coordination with Procurement Officer
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
- 12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support (preferred but not required)
- Experience with purchase orders, inventory systems, or vendor coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
