Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Suppliers: Researches and identifies potential suppliers, obtains quotes
  • Vendor Communication: Communicates with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any issues
  • Administrative Support: Provides administrative support to the procurement team, such as scheduling meetings and assisting with correspondence
  • Inventory Control: Monitors and updates inventory levels in coordination with Procurement Officer

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field
  • 12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with purchase orders, inventory systems, or vendor coordination is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
