Responsibilities :
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, goods, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery based on project or operational needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store or warehouse team.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Track and analyze procurement data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle documentation and filing for procurement processes, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
