Responsibilities :

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, goods, and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery based on project or operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store or warehouse team.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
  • Track and analyze procurement data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle documentation and filing for procurement processes, contracts, and agreements.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
