1Issuing, sending of PO via email and keep track of PO for procurement activities.2Liaising with store to monitor stock inventories required by Operations Unit is in place to avoid any potential material shortage3Liaising with plant for their requirements.4Maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory5Liaising/correspondence with suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries6Continuously sourcing of parts/materials as and when required7Performing Goods received and updating of system8Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other necessary data9Co-ordinating with forwarder for preparing of documents/permit for incoming shipment clearance 10Continuously liaising with Sales and other departments for their new requirement of material/parts11To negotiable and obtain best price quotes from suppliers based on various Purchase Requisition request within the company12Deals with defective goods damag...
