Procurement Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the handling and processing of procurement requirements for operating plants; ensure compliance to approved Annual Budget of each departments and approved Budget for each operating plant;
• Assist in handling and processing of real state (land lease) requirements for CHLI (land acquisitions); ensure compliance to approved Capex Budget for each project;
• Facilitate the accreditation process and performance evaluation of vendors and contractors to ensure qualified and abundant pool of vendors and contractors for present and future needs of the company;
• Assist in various partnership and relationship building programs with vendors, contractors and subcontractors to retain qualified and abundant pool of vendors and contractors;
• Assist in the conduct of orderly bids and tendering process to post tender evaluation of bids to awarding of Work Packages to winning bidders;
