Procurement Assistant

This position reports to the Section Manager (Procurement) and Assistant Vice President (Procurement) and works closely with procurement staff and other company managers. As part of the Central Procurement Support team within PSA Singapore's Procurement Division, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth procurement operations and supporting executive officers in aligning strategic objectives with user departments. This role offers exposure to a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and tender-related documents.
- Engage and guide suppliers on tender participation procedures and quote submissions.
