Procurement Assistant (URGENT)

Role Objective

Assist the Procurement, Logistics and Warehousing Officer in the execution of procurement, warehousing and logistics activities in a manner that is consistent with overall ITP project objectives ensuring that the procurement, warehousing and logistics functions facilitate delivery of projects in time, within budget and within quality tolerances.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish all project procurement needs and update the procurement tracker that plans all the procurement activities in the business.


• Create a weekly task list from the procurement tracker that prioritizes weekly activities based on project plans and deliverables.


• In collaboration with the site Engineers source local materials and equipment including excavation services and have them delivered to site in accordance with the project time, scope and quality tolerances.
