This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invoice Processing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, resolving invoice postings through effective communication with buyers, warehouse staff and suppliers.

We are seeking someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.

• Process invoices from various suppliers across different company codes
• Follow up on weekly basis to resolve parked invoices ensuring timely posting of payments
