Procurement Coordinator
Role Purpose
-
Handle procurement operations and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage assigned vendors and purchase orders.

Create and process Purchase Orders as per SOPs.
-
Follow up on order confirmations and on-time deliveries.
-
Handle delivery deviations and update ERP (AX) records.
-
Manage RFQs for inbound freight and select forwarders.
-
Process and approve vendor & freight invoices.
-
Upload and manage PO-related documents.
-
Train key suppliers on company SOPs.
-
Suggest improvements to procurement processes.
-
Support team coordination during planned leave.
