Procurement Coordinator 


Role Purpose




  • Handle procurement operations and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and timely order execution.




Key Responsibilities




  • Manage assigned vendors and purchase orders.




  • Create and process Purchase Orders as per SOPs.




  • Follow up on order confirmations and on-time deliveries.




  • Handle delivery deviations and update ERP (AX) records.




  • Manage RFQs for inbound freight and select forwarders.




  • Process and approve vendor & freight invoices.




  • Upload and manage PO-related documents.




  • Train key suppliers on company SOPs.




  • Suggest improvements to procurement processes.
