Procurement Coordinator

**Position Summary**
To support the production timeline by allocating blank materials to orders within a timely manner, provide options to production and sales team members as needed, and speak knowledgeably as to the status of blank orders.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
▪ Utilize the Blank Allocation team’s Purchasing Log to identify orders requiring allocation of blanks
▪ Promptly assign blank materials to all new orders submitted by Production to ensure timely transfer of blank materials to print facilities
▪ Accurately and professionally communicate with internal and cross-functional teams when discrepancies or challenges arise
▪ Must understand the full scope of the production lifecycle and be able to offer solutions when bringing challenges to the team’s attention
