Supply-Chain Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to support our purchasing and logistics operations. This role involves processing daily orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records
  • Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders
  • Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory updates
  • Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier documents
  • Assist with vendor evaluation, cost comparison etc
  • Handle required documentation for import/export ...
