Robert Half is recruiting a Purchasing and Procurement Assistant for our client in Hertfordshire , for an interim period of 3 months initially.
The position of Purchasing and Procurement Assistant will be focused on the following skills and experience;
Manage Purchase requisition through to PO process and understand the associated financial delegations.Experienced in purchasing / procurement, being able to hit the ground runningManage suppliers payment terms - ensure they are set up correctly in the systemsManage approved supplier database & review alternative supplier options where appropriateManage recharges for TenantsManage consultancy contracts and monthly invoicing.Manage Car hires, flights and hotels.Have a knowledge of leases to support external audit.Experience in ISO audits and be able to support and provide walk-through when required.Experiences in managing tendering proce...
