Job Summary:
The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing procurement and supply chain data to improve decision-making, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves building dashboards, tracking supplier performance, and supporting strategic sourcing through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and visualization skills, with a keen understanding of procurement processes and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from multiple sources (ERP, vendor reports, spend databases).
Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel to track procurement KPIs.
Support sourcing and category teams with spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier benchmarking.
Identify trends, savings opportunities, and process improvement areas through data insights.
Assist in supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sourcing) for data validation and reporting.
Prepare regular MIS and executive summaries for leadership review.
