:We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Director will operate within a highly mature Project Management Office (PMO) framework, ensuring optimal value, stringent compliance, and seamless integration of all complex design, engineering, and construction contracts.
I. Executive Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Strategy Focus)
Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Design, champion, and execute a cohesive, multi-year procurement and contracting strategy fully integrated with the Program Master Schedule, budget baselines, and advanced technical requirements.
High-Stakes Negotiation: Personally lead and finalize complex, high-value commercial and contractual negotiations with Tier 1 international Main Contractors, Vendors, and Strategic Partners to secure optimal commercial terms and maximum value.
