Skyroot Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Engineer for the SCM function within the Avionics department to manage the strategic sourcing and supply chain of mission-critical avionics components for launch vehicles and rockets. This role ensures reliable, cost-effective procurement of electronic systems vital for space missions, maintaining rigorous aerospace standards and launch timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing & Qualification
Source and qualify suppliers for avionics components including PCBs, PCBA, connectors, wiring harnesses, sensors, and RF modules tailored for launch vehicle applications.
Perform supplier audits, risk assessments, and qualification testing compliant with AS9100 and space-grade standards.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, MOQs, and lead times to support high-reliability rocket avionics supply chain.

Analyze BOMs, engineering requirements, and launch vehicle production schedules...
