Procurement Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and ensures the proper implementation of all quality-related activities for assigned parts for localization in alignment to established timelines and activities as scheduled.
• Ensures that suppliers understand and meet quality requirements in reference to the parts drawing specifications and Zensuu Ryouhin activities.
• Provides regular updates/progress of assigned suppliers production preparation ensuring compliance on the defined expected output of its corresponding schedules.
• Collaborates with local suppliers to investigate issues and verifies effectiveness of implemented countermeasures.
• Conducts audits based on certifications acquired recognized by the company to ensure supplier process complies with the standards and requirements.
• Monitors workplace cleanliness and ensures timely closure of findings from 5S audits.
