Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading construction and fit-out company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a Procurement Engineer with a civil engineering background to manage end-to-end procurement for construction projects ensuring the right materials cost efficiency and timely delivery to site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project BOQs drawings and specs to determine material requirements.
  • Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for civil materials (steel cement MEP finishes).
  • Prepare RFQs compare bids and issue purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with site teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
  • Inspect materials on-site for quality and compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and records.
