  • Assist Procurement Manager in the day-to-day operations of department
  • Source, qualify and negotiate with suppliers, both local and overseas, to fulfill purchase requests at the most competitive price, logistics costs, delivery and quality.
  • Manage supply chain risks and drive cost savings
  • Manage purchase requisitions including issuing of purchase orders and monitoring delivery to meet project timelines
  • Plan, prepare forecasts and analysis relating to Procurement Activities
  • Manage and optimize all department tools, databases and systems
  • Follow up Purchase Order acknowledgment
  • Arrange air and sea flight for incoming and outgoing shipment
  • Assist in Quality Assurance activities, including ISO
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
