- Assist Procurement Manager in the day-to-day operations of department
- Source, qualify and negotiate with suppliers, both local and overseas, to fulfill purchase requests at the most competitive price, logistics costs, delivery and quality.
- Manage supply chain risks and drive cost savings
- Manage purchase requisitions including issuing of purchase orders and monitoring delivery to meet project timelines
- Plan, prepare forecasts and analysis relating to Procurement Activities
- Manage and optimize all department tools, databases and systems
- Follow up Purchase Order acknowledgment
- Arrange air and sea flight for incoming and outgoing shipment
- Assist in Quality Assurance activities, including ISO
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
