Job Description
- Research and negotiate pricing contracts and credit terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor stock levels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to ensure product quality and resolve order issues.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and online purchasing platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
