About the Role

Yayin Automation is looking to hire Recent Engineering Graduates / Freshers ONLY for the position of Procurement Engineer to support our industrial valves and machinery supply operations.

This is an entry-level role , ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in procurement, supply chain, and industrial engineering.

A 3-month paid training period will be provided.

Salary, Training & Incentives

• Basic Salary: ₹18,000 per month
• Training Period: 3 months (paid training)
• Salary Increment: After successful completion of the 3-month training period, salary increment will be considered based on individual performance and assigned job role .
• Incentives: Order-based incentive of up to 2% , applicable on confirmed orders handled by the employee, as per company incentive policy .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers for industrial valves, machinery, and engineering materials.
• Prepare and send RFQs (Request for Quotations) to vendors.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.
• Support purchase order preparation and follow up with suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatch, documentation, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier details, and price lists.
• Communicate professionally with vendors via email and phone.
• Track order status and report delays or issues to senior team members.

Eligibility (Mandatory)

• ONLY for Recent Engineering Graduates / Freshers
• BE / BTech / Diploma in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Production / Industrial Engineering
• 0–1 year experience only

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
