Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance on procurement processes.

Manage tenders, bids, awards, and Purchase Orders using in-house systems and GeBIZ.

Support supplier contracts, change orders, and PO maintenance.

Assist in initiatives to improve procurement processes and user experience.
Requirements:

Knowledge of procurement processes and GeBIZ is a plus.

Organised, meticulous, and able to manage stakeholder expectations.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-
No prior experience required.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
