Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement lifecycle from requisition to receipt of goods.
  • Create purchase orders and liaise with Finance for invoices.
  • Handle operations, including shipments and inventory monitoring.
  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers and logistics.
  • Review quotations and submit invoices to clients.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills for multitasking.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Utilize integrated data systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Supply Chain Management/Engineering
  • Customer related experience, preferably in semiconductor industry
