Responsibilities

• Monitor stock level, analyze and identify stocks to be purchased before triggering the purchase.
• To prepare the required Material Forecast List and document for Operation Team to give their input before preparing for analysis and purchase plan.
• Assist with the invoice payment for all consignment stocks.
• Prepare Weekly Reconciliation for consign materials.
• Manage materials suppliers to resolve any gaps in communication and execution of production of materials and delivery.
• Monitor Suppliers and Warehouse performance.
• Act as the main coordinator between the operations departments and our 3PL.
• Negotiate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules as needed.
• Assist on the buffer stocks verification checks for different material suppliers.
