Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the organization secures high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. You will play a crucial role in driving our operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives by developing strong supplier relationships and continuously analyzing market trends. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing procurement strategies, enhancing cost savings, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including requisitioning, ordering, and receiving goods and services.
  • Raise Purchase Order, Purchase request form, and documentation of invoices including liaise with Finance department for payment.
  • Perform operational activities such as transactions, initiating delivery or shipment of parts and controlling and monitoring all parts related activities and site Stocks.
