Job Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new vendors.

• Maintain vendor master data to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal vendor creation requests and external vendor enquiries via email.

• Assist in resolving inconsistencies in vendor data.

• Ensure vendor records comply with internal standards and requirements.

• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned.
