PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Overview

This Procurement Executive role is a key position within the Procurement team at Moonlight Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. Based in Taman Sutera Utama, this is a full-time position responsible for the end-to-end purchasing function to support the company's manufacturing operations.

Responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing all packaging materials with both local and overseas (especially China) suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality.

Keep up-to-date with current market trends to ensure product selection is aligned with consumer demand.

Maintain and manage purchasing processes using the Autocount system.

Handle correspondence with suppliers, including writing professional emails in fluent English for inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.

Prepare and manage all related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
