Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for undertaking procurement activities for the team.
  • Liaise with local/overseas suppliers on enquiries.
  • Review pricing and specifications from various suppliers to determine the best deal.
  • Arrange samples from suppliers while maintaining a strong working relationship.
  • Participate in negotiation of the best deal in pricing with suppliers.
  • Issue Purchase Orders to Supplier.
  • Monitor projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
  • Update and report on project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
  • Work closely with team, clients and vendors to ensure project completion within schedule.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
