Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for undertaking procurement activities for the team.
- Liaise with local/overseas suppliers on enquiries.
- Review pricing and specifications from various suppliers to determine the best deal.
- Arrange samples from suppliers while maintaining a strong working relationship.
- Participate in negotiation of the best deal in pricing with suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Orders to Supplier.
- Monitor projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
- Update and report on project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
- Work closely with team, clients and vendors to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
