Procurement Executive (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects and operations, including drilling, production, maintenance, and engineering projects.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, projects, operations) to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and conduct technical and commercial evaluations of bids.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records.
• Track and expedite orders to meet project timelines and minimize downtime.
