Responsibilities



  1. Identify and analyse purchasing requirements for goods and materials in alignment with company operational needs.

  2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers by comparing quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and compliance with required specifications.

  3. Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders to approved vendors accurately and in a timely manner.

  4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized purchasing records, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation.

  5. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent supply, reliable service, and effective issue resolution.

  6. Liaise with internal departments to coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
