Overview

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to support sales and project requirements.
• Proactively source and evaluate new local and overseas suppliers to achieve better quality, competitive pricing, and favorable payment terms.
• Liaise with suppliers on product inquiries, pricing, specifications, and lead times.
• Review and compare quotations, product specifications, and supplier proposals to secure the best value.
• Arrange and coordinate product samples for evaluation and approval.
• Participate in negotiations to achieve optimal pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable collaboration.
• Monitor and manage the progress of confirmed projects to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing standards.
