Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner.
• Undertake and manage a robust, compliant procurement process from Sourcing, Negotiation, Contract management to Supplier relationship management.
• Negotiate favourable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Add value through proper negotiations, introduction of quality, safe, new products, product standardization and innovative ways of sourcing.
• Manage vendors to ensure that all goods and services provide / supplied are of high quality, competitively priced and delivery objectives / standards are met.
• Ensure that all purchases are correctly invoiced / completed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Work closely with various departments to achieve economy-of-scale (through bulk purchase) and cost saving targets.
