Key Responsibilities

  • Developing procurement workflows that are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Communicating procurement policies to internal staff and ensuring compliance to procedures.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Approving purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Performing risk assessments for potential contracts and agreements.
  • Overseeing procurement budgets and cultivating a culture of cost saving within the company.
  • Knowledge in inventory check.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1 year procurement experience.
  • Possess a NITEC certificate or equivalent.
  • Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team player, meticulous, details-oriented.
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to achieve/meet cost saving target.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Singaporeans, SPR or Malaysians are welcome.
  • 5.5 days work week.
